I’ve been keeping a little BIG secret for a few months now and would like to officially announce some pretty stinkin’ amazing news with you all! Lighthouse Boudoir is no longer a nomad! We are moving into a gorgeous studio January 1, 2015.  Break out the champagne! WAHOOOOO!!!!!

Taylor Stogner, the fabulous hair & makeup artist, is joining me on this new adventure. We will be sharing the space together; part of the studio will be dedicated to her hair salon while the other half for my boudoir clients. It’s a match made in heaven! She has been the stylist for all of the photo shoots this last year and will continue to do so. I am so very lucky to have her as a partner in this exciting yet challenging time for both of our businesses.

STUDIO DETAILS

It’s been a verrrry long search for a space that would serve as the perfect backdrop and I am so happy we finally found it at Vine Street Studios. The building is located in Downtown Houston, just off of I-10 near the UH-Downtown campus. I’m a bit of a history nerd so I love this kind of stuff… The building was originally known as the Union Transfer and Storage Building, built in 1905 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. How cool is that?!

On January 1, 2015 we will officially be moving into a stunning 850 sqft studio with hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, super high ceilings and big bright windows. I am counting down the days and cannot wait to start shooting in MY new studio!!! (That still doesn’t feel real hehe)

The timing could not be more perfect because in January 2015, I will also be celebrating TWO years of Lighthouse Boudoir! Holy moly those two years flew by! I am ready to put my nomadic ways behind me and settle into my new home.
